Vietnam Human Resource Consultants (VHRC) acting directly under the Pacific Ocean International Human Resources JSC (VHRC) is a state State-run company, established in 1991 by The Vietnam Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs under the authorization of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
We have long been known as a leading manpower agency in Vietnam. Before 1991 we was a Government Organization, had sent over 50,000 people to work mainly in the Soviet Union and East Europe countries by the government to government agreements. From 1991 up to now, we have dispatched over 28,000 workers and specialists over 30 countries and territories worldwide, greatly contributing to the development of Vietnam’s economy in general and to solving the local unemployment and poverty clearance in particular.
With the long-time experienced, professional, highly-qualified staff and a net of the associate Vocational Training and Job Replacement Centers, Universities, Colleges, Training Institutes from 64 provinces in Vietnam, especially the rich database of candidates, VHRC is ready to meet the demand for human resources from Vietnam in the most effective way.
