Our Resource Network
The power of manpower recruitment lies in the size of the supply network and its recruitment capability. Our manpower resource network comprises more than 64 provincial labour sub-agents/centers and the system of vocational training schools, institutes, colleges and universities around Vietnam.
All our labour sud-agents are state organizations in Vietnam, so our recruitment process, work permit application and departure administration can be rest assured. Moreover, each of our su-agents has their own recruitment network which expedites the recruitment and fulfilment of all recruitment orders.
Our sub-agent network is capable of supplying both unskilled and skilled workers as well as professionals for all trades; from operational, supervisory to managerial level. Our recruitment period is from 1 to10 days depending on the complexity of the staffing position.
The vocational training schools, institutes, colleges and universities network comprises vocational and high schools, colleges as well as universities with each supplying different calibre of workers to meet our employers’ demands. Workers, or rather graduates, recruited from these schools are educated and trained in respective trade, lower labour costs and have better English speaking ability.
These schools can also double up as” Unlimited Resource Bank” for those employers who want to pre-train their workers before deploying them to their work place. The types of training include corporate cultures, skills and English language.
