International Manpower Supply: By the qualified capacity and experience, we utilise our resource network and recruitment methodology to facilitate our international employer’s selection of the best candidates that fit their staffing requirements.
Repatriation and Replacement: For workers whose employment have been terminated, we do work pass cancellation on behalf of our employer, repatriate them to home country and make immediate replacements to keep work disruptions to minimum.
What we do For Overseas Jobseeker
Employment consultant:We provide full information, details of the selection criteria, professions, skills ... about working conditions, income, food, accommodation, travel, airfare, insurance regimes for foreign workers. For employees are aware of the rights and obligations when signing employment contracts.
Orientation consultants:We carry out orientation education and consulting, the orientation contents are designed to meet the specific requirements of the signed contracts and Vietnam regulations on foreign language and orientation training for the employees who go to work abroad. During the orientation course, we focus on receiving country’s laws, regulations, customs and practice, culture, religion, work disciplines and run-away penalties as well as policies to encourage the employees complete the employment contract.
Management:
Workers’ Departure and Arrival:We carry out departure preparations and briefings for workers, viz. final documentation, booking of air ticket, emphasis on employer’s expectations and work attitude, etc. We receive workers at the airport, send them to pre-arranged accommodation, and arrange for medical check up.
Workers’ Settlement:We arrange for the workers collection of work pass card, opening of bank account and orientation of route and transportation between accommodation and work place, living lifestyle as well as laws of working country.
Work Performance and Discipline:During employment, we monitor the workers work attitude and performance as well as personal discipline. If need be, we assist them with their adaptation to their work and living environment.
Work Conflict/Dispute:In instances of work dispute, we avail ourselves to mediate and resolve amicably between employer and workers; including conflicts amongst workers.
Work Permit and Visa Application:We apply for work pass on behalf of our employer for those workers selected.
Work Permit and Visa Renewal:For workers who have successfully completed their contract and employment are still required; we renew their work permit on behalf of our employer accordingly.
