Recuritment Methodology

We know employees are the most valuable assets to your business, and selection of new employees is one of the most important tasks you and your management has to face. We, therefore, establish one of the most comprehensive and effective recruitment methodology to support your recruitment of the right candidates to join your organisation.
 
1. Knowing You Better
We know that understanding your culture is as critical to finding the right fit with your company as the skill set itself. We will, therefore, take time to really get to know your organization, enabling us to select candidates that are a perfect match for your requirements.

2. Understanding Your Requirements
In order to accurately select the right candidates we will need to gather as much information as possible about your vacancy, i.e. the job expectations, working terms and conditions and remuneration package.

3. Database Search
With your staffing requirements and company information inputted into our resource network of more than 200 sub-agents, vocational training schools, institutes, universities in Vietnam, we have immediate access to many potential candidates seeking new opportunities through our net of well-known active databank. And we will seek out a host of potential candidates that fit your requirements.

4. Advertising
If the right candidate is not within our network, we will then determine the most appropriate advertising strategy to source for the candidates.

5. Short Listing
From the pool of prospective candidates, we will shortlist initially from their application, resume, and telephone interview, and personally screen each candidate taking care to ensure we have explored all areas relevant to your job requirements.

6. Presenting Candidates
Once we have thoroughly checked the potential candidates, we will provide you with a shortlist using the candidates' individual resumes, profiles and consultants’ overview for pre-selection.

7. Arranging Interviews & Submission of Documents
In your selection of candidates, we will arrange for telephone, video or directly testing the skills on-site interviews with pre-selected candidates at your convenience, ensuring they are fully briefed about the exact nature of the position and your company's background and culture.
 
Then we submit the documents as follows:
-    Passports
-    Certification of no criminal records (police clearance)
-    ID card, birth certificate, household record (copies)
-    Curriculum vitae (with certification from the local government)
-  Letter of commitment from two relatives (with certification from the local government)
-    20 recent photos (passport size)
-   Medical checkup report from a Provincial or National Hospital as requested by Health Ministry of the working country and Vietnam.
-    Letter of Undertaking (that he/she will not violate the rules and regulations of the working country and run away).

8.  Signing of Employment Contract
Following your final selection, we will arrange for signing of employment contracts between your organisation and selected candidates.

9.  Applying Work Permit and Visa
Once the contracts have been signed, we will proceed with final documentation and application of work permit and Visa for these candidates. Upon approval, they are ready for your deployment order.
